2017 - New Running Goal

This year I will be training for and running in a variety of trail races on Vancouver Island, BC Canada, including my first ultra a 50km long trail. New this year, I will be powered by a new nutritional line of functional beverages and be documenting the differences between this years' training and when I trained for my first marathon.

If any of my readers would like to be included in my running/training schedule please let me know and I will forward you any information as I become aware. Also, if you'd like information on the products I am using I can certainly assist you there, for those of you who have any weight to lose along your way, these products are what you want to be using!
